The method for calculation of acoustic characteristics of Aeolian tones is suggested. It is based on the assumption that the sound generated by a flow has no effect on the flow characteristics. Hydrodynamic and acoustic characteristics of the flow circumfluent a circular cylinder are calculated.

The three-dimensional problem of steady-state vibrations of three-layer isotropic plates under conditions of a flat end is considered. Conditions of ideal contact are fulfilled on the interface of layers. The homogeneous solutions of the system of equations of motion in displacements are got, and the dispersive equations are researched. Diagrams of spectral curves and curves of phase and group velocities are presented. Asymptotic values for phase velocities for high and low frequencies are determined.
