Проведен анализ результатов ультрасонографического исследования дистракционного регенерата в динамике у 15 больных в возрасте от 12 до 18 лет с посттравматическими деформациями и укорочениями нижних конечностей, пролеченных в отделении детской травматологии ЦИТО с 2008 по 2011 гг., методом чрескостного компрессионно-дистракционного остеосинтеза аппаратом внешней фиксации. Определены эхографические критерии зрелости на основании количественных и качественных параметров, что дает возможность объективно оценивать состояние дистракционного регенерата и осуществлять своевременную коррекцию режима удлинения. The analysis of the results of ultrasonographic studies (ultrasound) of distraction regenerate in dynamics in 15 patients aged from 12 to 18 years with posttraumatic deformities and shortened long bones of the lower limbs who were treated at pediatric trauma CITO from 2008 to 2011. Ultrasonographic examination performed in the department of functional diagnostics CITO, ultrasonic scanner on "JU 22" company "Phillips", running in real time and equipped with a multifrequency convex and linear electronic converters (sensors) with the oscillation frequency of 3.9 MHz and 5-17 MHz. At the core of operative treatment of these patients lay method of transosseous compression-distraction osteosynthesis apparatus of external fixation. Most standard lengthening osteotomy was carried out in the most favorable area for growing regenerated in the apparatus of external fixation. Ultrasound distraction regenerate performed after surgery (osteotomy) at intervals of 1 month for 6 months. To study the soft tissue and bony structures used B-mode, color Doppler mapping and mapping of the energy. Echographic criterion of maturity of distraction regenerate are to increase the availability of foci of high echogenicity and hyperechoic appearance of the signal with the presence of acoustic shadowing due to the formation of cortical bone. The data obtained with the help of ultrasound make it possible to hold an early differential diagnosis of circulatory disorders of the effects of distraction regenerate in the stages of its formation, to objectively assess the state of the regenerate and implement timely correction mode of elongation. Using ultrasound to assess bone extendable section reduces the number of radiographs performed in the dynamics for the control of the state of distraction osteogenesis in the area of the regenerate.
