Beginning from 2006 at two observatories (GisAO and Sanglokh) of the Institute of Astrophysics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan the systematic double-station photographic observations of fireballs are carrying out by the all-sky cameras equipped with the fish-eye objectives Zeiss Distagon (f=30 mm, D/F=1:3.5) of the field of view equal to 180°. In the method of astrometric reduction of fireball photographs it were used the empirical formulae for converting the measured coordinates to horizontal celestial coordinates. These formulae contain 12 unknown constants which must be determined by the least squares and iteration methods. A bright fireball TN030406 of minus 6.6 absolute magnitude flew on the night of April 3/4, 2006 on the East of the Sanglokh observatory. The results of astrometric reduction of its photographs shows, that the meteoroid produced the fireball had initial velocity equal to 37.8 km/s and before the entering the Earth atmosphere it moved on high eccentricity and high inclinated orbit what is typical for comets. The fireball was found to be belong to the π-Herculids shower with the maximum of activity in the period of the third decade of March and the first decade of April.
