Carbon ions formation rate during bombarding of cometary ice surface by charged solar particles (hydrogen protons) is calculated in this work. Experimentally obtained Na⁺, K⁺, Rb⁺, Cs⁺ and Ar⁺ positive ions emission coefficients are used to accomplish this task.
