The specific feature of the optoacoustic signals of the first and second sounds in superfluid helium which boundaries with solids are investigated. Shown, that the form of the these signals are dependences from during of the laser impulse, coefficient of the optical absorption and velocity of the sounds. The numerical calculation of the form of these OA counters has been calculated.
