The influence of the thermal nonlinearity of substrate on the parameters of the second harmonic of the nonlinear photoacoustic signal of the opaque medium has been studied. General formula for the acoustic vibration of the pressure has been obtained. Shown that influence of the thermal nonlinearity of substrate on the amplitude of the second harmonic of the nonlinear photoacoustic signal for the thermal thin samples are considerably.
