On the basis of 273 CCD observations of comet 17/Р Holmes in Hisar astronomical observatory the time of splitting of comet nucleus and the scattering speed of a fragment are founded.

The theory of the generation of the photoacoustic signal by superfluid helium corresponding to the general case has been proposed. The expression for the parameters of this signal obtained. Shown that amplitude and phase of the PA signal are dependences from thermophysics parameters of the sample, substrate and buffer gas. The simple cases a detail are analyzed.
