Based on several nonlinear mathematical models of mediums with microstructure (two-component shear mixture; porous materials and other), a research of effect of phase-group synchronism (long-short-wave resonance) during longitudinal elastic wave propagation was conducted. It was shown that as a result of interaction of low-frequency wave (vibration field) with high-frequency wave (ultrasound) an ultrasonic wave of summarized frequency is being generated. This wave may be in a phase-group synchronism with the vibration field. A connection between parameter that characterizes defectiveness of the material and a value of plastic deformation was defined both experimentally and theoretically. A new method was proposed that allows describing the patterns of acoustical wave propagation in solid bodies with changing dislocation arrangement and increasing density of dislocations. It was shown that under the influence of dislocation field modulation instability of ultrasound is possible.

It is shown that in half-space which dynamic behavior being described by the Cosseratt model instead of elasticity theory, a new wave mode appears. Moreover, there exists a frequency depending only on material parameters for which the velocities of Rayleigh waves and cross surface waves are equal.
