The apparatus permits to measure the electromagnetic (EMR) and acoustic (AR) radiations during uninterrupted prolonged measurements when simulating the processes of fractures for rock samples. It ensures the EMR and AR energy spectra determination and their combined processing in such main parameters as signal energy and number of signal, mean signal energy and energy release. The apparatus allows to obtain a new prognostic parameter of rock fracture, determined as the ratio of total energies of EMR and AR.
