A small-sized laboratory AM is intended for studying the internal microstructure of opaque and optically inhomogeneous objects. One of the AM advantages is high accuracy of ultrasonic echo-signal detection and, therefore, its high sensitivity of measuring techniques. The AM schematic diagram and main performances are presented.
